Abstract

in this article, new forms of subculture, emergence, formation of
cyber subcultures and their negative impact on young people are studied during the
development of information technologies. Important factors and tools for preventing
the spread of cyber subcultures have been studied and the necessity of forming cyber
culture among young people has been established.
