Abstract

This study examines the importance of forming the educational motivations of
cadets in higher military educational institutions. Motivation plays an important role
in the development of the educational process, military training and spiritual and
moral values. Through purposefully developed methods and techniques, it is
possible to increase cadets ' interest in knowledge, desire for self-development and
level of training for military service.
